Meet Namrata, or Namu as she is warmly known by those around her. With a background in finance and accounting and a genuine passion for helping people achieve their goals, she brings together financial knowledge, attention to detail, and a strong commitment to creating a positive client experience in her role as a Senior Credit Analyst at Midas Finance.

Namrata holds a Bachelor of Business Administration, majoring in Finance. Before joining Midas Finance, she worked as an Accounting Analyst and Chartered Accountant Assistant for a UK-based company, where she developed a strong foundation in financial analysis and a keen understanding of numbers.

Namrata joined Midas Finance in 2022 as a Junior Broker Assistant and has grown through the years into her current role as a Senior Credit Analyst. She works closely with brokers, clients, and lenders throughout the lending journey, managing documentation, application requirements, compliance, and the many details that keep a loan moving smoothly from submission through to settlement. She also provides post-settlement support, helping ensure clients continue to receive a smooth and reliable experience beyond settlement.

Getting a loan doesn’t have to feel complicated. Namrata enjoys turning complex lending processes into clear, simple steps and helping clients navigate their journey with confidence and ease. What drives her most is seeing the end result — helping someone purchase their first home, begin an investment journey, or reach an important financial milestone. She believes that behind every application is a unique story, goal, and dream, and she takes pride in playing a meaningful part in bringing those goals closer to reality.

Outside of work, Namrata enjoys listening to music, reading, travelling, exploring new places, and learning about people and their perspectives. Her curiosity and genuine interest in people naturally carry into her work, helping her connect with each client as an individual and contribute to a lending experience that feels personal, supportive, and seamless.
